Pets deserve a vacation too. I guarantee they will have a P'awesome time here at The Sighthound Hotel. Rest assured your sweet hound will enjoy their stay here and you don't have to worry about them. We fill our days with running, playing and of course sleeping. I understand how hard it is to be away from your favorite family member and I treat them like my own, which is pampered and catering to their every need. They are sensitive and prone to separation anxiety by nature. I stay with them 24 hours a day so they are never left alone. I want you to have the peace of mind so you can enjoy yourself while away. It's also a good way to socialize them as I have two whippets, Whipper and Mazzy. They will soak up the sun on outdoor dog beds, run free in my fenced yard and then pile into my bed for cuddling. What more can you ask for?
We begin with a meet and greet at my home so you can check out my digs and I'll ask you a lot of questions about their lifestyle and routine. Trust is so important to me and I want you to feel comfortable with the environment. I send daily updates and photos because I know you will miss them too. I'm insured and I have a detailed intake form so I can follow your directions. I look forward to meeting you.

Doggy Daycare
Ever wonder what your best friend is doing when you are working? Are they sleeping, are they wishing they were running outside? I used to worry about Whipper every day and felt sad when I was an hour away at work. I would lose concentration especially if there was a thunderstorm during the day. Consider dropping them off in the morning for doggy daycare and you will whistle while you work. Your friend will be happy here and get mental stimulation by playing games, relaxing while getting belly rubs and exercise while chasing Mazzy.
Other breeds are accepted too! I've been trusted by the community to take care many other pups from Teacup Yorkies, Chihuahuas, Maltese and mixed rescues. For the safety of the dogs, I make sure that you know what other dogs I have in my care while your dog is here. Since I'm a single person operation, I have a limit on the number of dogs I keep at the same time. I unfortunately can't serve ANY kind of pit/bully breeds.
